The NCA Metropolis project combines geothermal energy, heat pumps, and solar thermal power to create a sustainable heat-cold network. By 2030, it aims to meet 82% of energy needs for 500,000 m² of buildings under a 25-year public service contract with IDEX.

Context

A cutting-edge geothermal project in the Var alluvium features 12 wells, delivering sustainable energy while safeguarding local water resources. Strategically located in the Lower Var Valley, it taps into ancient alluvial deposits for efficient heat production.
